What is Ma Huang?
Mahuang is dried stem of one of three plants that grown in India, Pakistan and China. Mahuang is the Chinese name for ephedra, which has been used for thousands of years in China for traditional Chinese medical purposes. Mahuang is the key ingredient for many diet and weight loss supplements, and ephedra one of three key ingredients for the ECA Stack.
Mahuang increases the body’s thermogenesis, or ability to burn fat. When combined with caffeine and aspirin, it creates what is called an ECA Stack, which greatly increases and prolongs the effects of mahuang alone.
